For a missing voucher, a refused offer, a wrong order or a refund, contact McDonald’s UK Customer Services directly. Include the receipt date, the restaurant and the email you used for the survey.
To leave feedback about a visit, use the survey itself at www.mcdfoodforthoughts.com. That’s the only route that reaches the restaurant team and earns the voucher.
